What counts as a client?
One QuickBooks Online company file connected to Ensi. You’re billed per connected client, and the number of people on your team doesn’t change the price.
Do I need a card to start the free trial?
Yes, you add a card at checkout. Nothing is charged until a client’s 14-day trial ends, and you can cancel before then.
Is there a contract or a minimum?
No. Ensi is month to month with no minimum number of clients. Start with one client and add more when you’re ready.
What happens when I disconnect a client?
The client becomes inactive and can no longer be accessed in Ensi. You can reactivate it anytime from Settings.
Can I see Ensi before starting a trial?
Yes. Book a 30-minute demo and bring one of your client files. We’ll run the close live, with no slides.
